We groom at their pace and can offer support to you and your dog to get back on track with making grooming a pleasant experience if your dog struggles or has struggled in the past. We are striving to take the "grrrrr" out of grooming. All Bookings are subject to a No Show fee and a cancellation fee within 48 hours.

This top of the range shampoo gives a silky finish to the groom and the added conditioner means you will be ready to snuggle as your pooch will be so very soft!
A Blueberry Facial is an excellent way to reduce tear stains and enhance the coat's colour while providing a calming, aromatherapeutic experience for your dog. This process is great for all colours and coats. The Blueberry solution is applied after a good deep-coat wash and brush and the calming natural scents help your pet to relax with an enjoyable head massage using a circular motion throughout the whole face area to allow the solution to penetrate. It is then left undisturbed for a couple of minutes to let nature do its thing by activating all the powerful antioxidants and allowing them to get down to work. After a good rinse the result is not only brighter, cleaner hair but also strengthened strands that are now better equipped naturally to fight off dirt and stains. With regular use you will start to notice that your pet's face becomes fluffier and able to stay cleaner longer thanks to its rich levels of vitamins A, D and E
Hemp oil is fabulous to help repair dry, cracked paw pads which may have been damaged by grit, gravel and road salt in the winter or hot pavements in the summer. It conditions and moisturises and also offers some pain relief to sore tired feet. The paw balm is massaged into to warm paws gently and slowly and the result is a relaxed and happy dog with super clean, soft feet. After the treatment your dog will have paws which are able to cope with the stresses and stains of daily life far better. (Note this treatment is NOT suitable for paw shy dogs.)
Using Tropiclean products we will give your dog’s mouth a nice clean and freshen up resulting in minty fresh breath and cleaner teeth. If your dog has tartar build up of needs something a bit mor ask about our ultra sound dental clinic treatments.
This treatment is ideal for dogs white coats that we want to keep in top condition, looking bright and healthy and avoiding them greying and appearing to lack lustre. We use a natural whitening shampoo with a rich conditioning treatment that has coconut oil which will intensify, revitalise and refresh the natural white and light pigmentation within the hair, leaving your dog’s coat bright, silky and vibrant, and shining with vitality and health. Our shampoo contains a colour enhancer to help brighten the coat whilst removing stains and odours. It does not contain any harmful chemicals or bleach. It will add conditioner to the coat and skin and reduce dandruff. Ideal for Bichons, Westies & Poodles. It's deep cleaning and has a mild coconut fragrance.
So many dogs suffer from ear infections and these are made worse when ears are left dirty. We use a good ear cleaning solution to remove dirt and trim loose hair around the edges of the inside of the ear. We never pluck as this can cause problems but we do use Leucillin to help protect your dog from infection. This treatment is especially beneficial for those dogs with fluffy ears.
